Tribute will include top 10 moments of her career

MUNICH — Madonna turns 50 on Saturday, and MTV Germany is celebrating with more than seven hours of programming.

The festivities will kick off with a special on the Goddess of Pop at 4 p.m. and continue with MTV’s “Masters” series bio. Later, specials on Madonna’s current album “Hard Candy” and the top 10 moments of her career will air. The tribute will close with the 2005 documentary “I’m Going to Tell You a Secret” about her “Re-Invention” tour.
