LATEST: SHERYL CROW has denied she ever had plans to join FLEETWOOD MAC in the recording studio or on tour - insisting the reports were just “rumours”.
The rocker was allegedly typeset to squad up with the legendary band for their 2009 tour, later on guitarist Lindsey Buckingham invited her to play with them to add some other female attribute to the group.
The band’s iconic singer Stevie Nicks was said to be desperate for another womanhood to join them onstage, as she is the only odd female phallus since Christine MCVie leftfield in the late nineties.
But Crow insists she has no plans to join the grouping any meter soon, although she would love to collaborate with the rockers in the future, reports Gigwise.com.
She says, “No, that was those ‘Rumours’ - to quote the album? I think their next album may be while I’m on the road. Hopefully in the future we’ll have some kind of collaboration, but not at this prison term.”
